Traveling Fees

Traveling fees may apply. If the event destination is more than 25km’s from Truganina a travel fee will apply.

Payment

Children’s Parties

Full payment is required upon booking via bank transfer to our nominated bank account.

Corporate Events

Our payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice. We will send you the invoice upon booking.

Public Liability Insurance

The Party Guest holds Public Liability Insurance with RelyOn (The Hollard Insurance Company PTY LTD).

While the Entertainer will take sensible care, the Client will be held responsible for any cost of repairing damaged property, including entertainer costumes caused by guests or pets

Cancellation Policy

In the event the client wishes to cancel the party, 50% of the monies will be refunded if the client gives written notice, no less than 10 days before the event is scheduled.

Any cancellation notice given in less than 10 days, the client hereby declares that all monies shall be forfeited

What you (the client) needs to provide

You will need to provide a safe sheltered area, free from sun, strong winds, rain etc. for OH&S reasons.

Everything else regarding the entertainment is provided by The Party Guest

Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is displaying dangerous behaviour. Such as intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities, etc.

The Entertainer will notify the client in this case, and if it is not rectified, the entertainer may leave the function without refunding monies
